I would like to suggest changing the crouch jump height multiplier on jump pads to something much lower.

Currently the high value allows engis (or any other class for that matter) to easily escape to some very high spot or to the other end of a map with just one crouch jump which I think is absurd. Most of the time it causes delaying.

The multiplier can be easily modified with this cvar:
pads_jump_crouch_height_mult
 
Agreed, we had our fun with the thing, but it's time to stop the easy super jump for every class with no fall damage.
 
An example of why this is needed but i think everyone knows round wil drag on into a draw or just never end.

I'll just let @UberMedicFully make a guess at what it should be set to, so long as it's lower.
Examples would be great if undecided. I'll leave it open at least if you decide to show examples.
