Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I did not know it was a exploit, i tought it was cheating, i've seen another person do it in the past and i dont think they received a punishment.
After i got reported (by _black) i asked (when he joined) bananawastaken in the chat if it was exploiting or cheating he said he would look into it, but i still got banned.
I didn't know it counted as a exploit, it's not my fault

An example of cheating is swimming through HopJB's climb water to the finish when the warden tells you to go through climb since you're technically following the order and it's an obvious inclusion within the map.

What your clip shows is you hugging a finish line from the carts starting side which, for whatever reason, eventually just lets you "finish" the race anyways. This is obviously a technical oversight.

The two of these are not the same. You took advantage of a glitch to beat the race. That is exploiting.
