AFk/Not taking part in rounds.
I normally don't report players for afk, but this guy went to hide in the round, then afk'ed and althought I didnt record it did it previously preventing players from getting crits.

For the future record a little longer to collect more evidence, Im going to accept anyway as the user could deal damage as Engineer while hiding.
