Just some context to both of these users. Multiple users including myself asked them directly to stop. It was becoming really old and they just carried on. I have no powers on this server.

Edit: I was unsure if this was considered acceptable in DR but if someone was using irrelvant rather spammy binds on vsh over and over I would punish them for ignoring requests to stop.
