It took you a span of 3 days to go from no comms to getting a month long gag before now getting a permanent gag which is now your 6th time. Reformation doesn't just happen when you say it does nor will I take your word for it after only a couple weeks have past. I'm declining this, You can try appealing again in 3 months time. I might be open to hear your case then.
