Why should we revoke your punishment? Because I was mislead into free killing someone and I feel as though they should be punished for knowingly encouraging rule breaking instead of me who was banned for four hours because I was confused by a minigame and lied too

Here is the full story:
I was gaslit into free killing a player by a player called Shamrock (I love Rayman), and instead of them getting at least punished for "encouraging rule breaking," I was guard banned for 4 hours. I fell for the players gaslighting because I had never done bowling before, and I saw the "turn 2" thing and thought it meant they were done. I said "Bottom two die" and shamrock said, "Oh the medic and engie are bottom two kill them." Little did I know that medic had not completed there turn. Shamrock was fully aware of this and laughed at me when I believed them, knowing full well they were encouraging me to break rules. And I couldnt have rectified this by slaying myself because I was warden. I believe this to be unfair as I had freekilled ONE person in my entire guard play session of about 3 hours, and was instantly banned for FOUR HOURS! Meanwhile, I later saw a guard free kill someone, and they weren't banned for a minute! Heck they weren't even told off, and I know there was an admin on the server, because it was only a few rounds after I have been guard banned.

Also since I'm writing this, someone free killed two people, one was due to get lr... guess what there punishment was. Nothing. Just love how consistent this server is!

Hi, sorry I'm late to this appeal.

I have a clip of the incident from a demo I was recording at the time which I will post below and elaborate on.

Firstly you ended up freekilling the medic (Snowy) as they were not done playing the minigame when you decided to kill them. This is a rather small mistake and on its own, I was not going to teamban you for it. However, just shortly after you enable friendly fire illegally in an attempt to end the round before the timer hit 0 which is not allowed outside of the designated area for friendly fire, being knifepit or arena.

While I was ingame I hadn't heard the people convincing you to turn on friendly fire illegally and I will make sure to issue punishments to the people who did, as that was most likely what caused you to believe it was allowed. But at the same time it is crucial that people who play on Blu have a firm understanding of the rules so that everyone involved can have a good time.

This is why I had teambanned you, and from this point onwards it will by my mentor, Fairy's decision whether the appeal is accepted or not. Thank you for your time.

Thank you, this makes a lot more sense, I thought I was simply banned for freekilling, but I do remember turning on friendly fire for a bit in a panic because there was only like 30 seconds left. I'll take responsibility if they decide to not accept my appeal.
