General online times & time zone:
Available about 4-5 hours a day on weekdays and most weekends
8:30 AM to 12:30 PM EST (evenings for me)
11 PM to 1:00 AM EST (This is temporary and is subject to change depending on whether I switch workplaces as currently my work schedule allows me a bit more time, I'll give a heads up a few months before this happens though)
My Time Zone is GMT+5:30.

(While these are the times you'd usually see me play, I'm available for handling calls/reports much earlier than this time as I work from home and manage to find time in between to join any friends/playing on a map I like on breaks)

Previous experience as Admin or Moderator:
I was a jailbreak admin in 2017 for an NA Jailbreak server called 'OPST'
I managed a competitive Team Fortress 2 (6v6 pugs) server and discord in SEA with some friends from 2018-2020, that's pretty much it


What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?

1. Confident in my knowledge of the rules, I play on Blue 80% of the time and take my role as a warden/guard seriously while also being forgiving where required
2. Use Voice and Text chat for explaining the rules/warning and Reporting only when necessary
3. Cover a timezone where malicious infractions are not always reported, also having an admin to prevent any infractions before/while they actually happen would be greatly beneficial to the server
4. Familiar with Sourcemod admin commands/syntax
5. Active almost every day and have a positive relationship with EU as well as NA regulars
6. I'm patient and try to know the point of view of the offender before blindly punishing/reporting them for it (While some infractions shall always be punished, an accidental freekill can be resolved with a respawn. I also only report minor offenses where malicious intent is obvious, while MFKs even unintentional need to be punished)

I'm a bit new to Panda but having prior (Administrator as well as jailbreak) experience has made me familiar with the rules quite quickly. I've observed many admins handle a multitude of scenarios and I'm confident on how to handle said scenarios myself in a fair manner. I thank you all for considering my application, have a great day!

Will always warn/slay for minor offenses first, then
First offense: 120 minutes
Second Offense: 240 minutes
Third Offense: 480 minutes

Hello. I will state the infraction I think they committed and follow with the actions I would take if I were an admin present on the server

Clip 1:
gok-ew - Illegal FF
In this clip the LR seems to be Hide and Seek with Friendly Fire enabled at 7:00. The warden dealt with a guard who presumably left armory (after multiple warnings) by turning on Friendly fire and shooting him which also resulted in 1 red dying. The warden again turned on FF without providing any warning or fully reading the LR and assuming FF was to be turned on immediately.

Action I would take: 1. I would slay 'Ginja Ninja' as they disrupted the round by leaving armoury even after being warned by the warden multiple times not to.
If I were not fast enough and the warden still turns on FF, I would make sure they turn it off ASAP and respawn any reds that died by Friendly Fire.
2. The warden turned FF on again when it was not supposed to be and also without a minimum 3 second warning which was due to them not paying attention to the full LR, so I would issue a 120 minute teamban to gok-ew, for them to get used to the rules and pay more attention while being warden, as they could have caused the deaths of many reds by Friendly fire before it was supposed to be turned on and not giving a warning. I feel that as a warden, especially with Friendly fire one needs to be very careful about enabling it and only do it when it is allowed and a proper warning has been given.
They also force-wardened, so there are higher expectations to understand and follow the LR.
3. I would again, respawn anyone that died, force another warden and ask them to continue hide and seek with a little more time for reds to heal/reach in the spots they would have before the round was disrupted.

Clip 2:
hsadilek12 - Ammo glitching

I would warn hsadilek12 using admin chat to not use glitched ammo and let them know it is exploiting a bug and is bannable. If they proceeded to do it again I would give them a 12 hour ban for exploiting glitches even after being warned.

Clip 3:
FCV - MFK

This was 100% an intentional Mass freekill and I would permanently teamban FCV from blue as well as a ban from the server for a week.
From the context I was provided I have to assume that 'thatrandomguy808' were chasing a rebeller as neither of them were to be seen in deathrun in the clip and that kill was valid.

Relooking at the first clip, I would also try to find whoever sprayed the spray on the ceiling of the cell and request them to change it to something less suggestive.

Hello, BON. While I haven't seen you too terribly much in game, I have no doubt you are a very active reporter, and judging by those reports and your answers to Cowboy's quiz, you know the rules well.
