It should be noted that this is the umpteenth time they've done this and been told they arent allowed to. They've been bending/breaking rules with engineer buildings for over a week now (as shown by this report)
This proceeded the next map even after this whole debacle,
It should also be noted that at the beginning of the video they are afk on the blu team. Its not sufficient enough of evidence to warrant a report in my personal opinion, but it is another rule that this player has a lot of problems following (also shown in Calassics report linked above). I personally feel that they have shown zero intention of following many of the rules for the blu team and the consistent breaking of even some of the most basic of rules like rewardening (34:13 timestamp). It's not in my hands to say if this warrants a stronger punishment or not, but I definitely feel it should be considered.
