I'll just ask these questions here in case this happens again in the future and to be transparent for anyone else that takes an appeal in the future. Backpacking Madact's reply from a similar appeal, can you please answer these questions below:

Can you explain your current real life situation? Mainly if you are in university and if , you using this public wifi to play TF2, is it going to be a regular occurrence? It'll take me a while to clear up you see so if it's a one off I won't have to do that and just tell you to not connect to that wifi again. If not even if I do clean up this IP there's no stopping someone else getting banned again with this IP and the process happens all over again, but if there's no choice on your end we'll just have to do it.

I still use university wifi to play and yes it gonna be like that all the time I think.

Everything seems to check out from the conversation before, I'm sorry to hear about your circumstances. I've removed the IP ban from the other associated accounts, however with it being said there's nothing stopping the system from flagging the IP again in case someone else use the University connection. You still have me added in your friendlists so if this occurs again feel free to hit myself or another staff up to resolve the issue. ACCEPTED.
