That's the thing there are some players who seem to know how to do it at will, and when asked about it, they not too keen to explain how they are doing it.

As far ive concerned, its a bug. Even if it is a glitch, what actual profit would bug abuser gain with it?

A Unfair advantage that others people not using it, or don't know how they are doing it, will not have.
For Example, Confusing the hale for a team member, something me, and other people have done because of the color of the Model.
Let's say that guy was in a crowd of all the other red players. Because he is not blue he is harder to spot. and will also lead to confusion to who the hale is.
I've Also seen this also be used Fem spy, and Spyper, and beepman It's Not fun mistaking them for a teammate because you don't spot the normal BLU color.It's Even Worse when you take into account Femspy, and spyper can cloak
It's the same problem when viewing them from far away.

Good news and bad news.
Good News I found what causes the glitch.
bad news. It also causes this to happen in a few of the bosses.
And here is me doing the glitch.
The Cause of the Glitch is having a Curse Voodoo Soul on. Some Bosses will turn red, others like Painis Have parts of the model missing.
