Unfortunately we have come to the decision to decline your application.

We had a struggle in deciding in what was best. The opinions where half and half, but in the end we just came to the conclusion with a private voting. We got a lot more responses on that half and it ended up just drawing a conclusion that this wasn't particularly ideal.
You need to have a cool down. You need at least a good 3-6 months worth of time to improve. By then, so long as you haven't caused any trouble, you'll get a better sense of improvement. I feel that this application was rushed...Short and submitted as soon as your limit was up.
