Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of report?: I usually play in 2 servers: Mario Kart #18 and Trade Plaza #25, and i'm also applying for both of them. I wouldn't have any problem in visiting other servers from the community, so yes, i would visit them.

Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I have a microphone.

Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator?: I haven't been nor admin nor moderator yet.

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?: I've used it sometimes and I know some commands.

Why should we choose you to be part of our team?: Because I consider myself a nice person and helpful for the players, very close to the players... But if they aren't obeying the rules, then I'm seriour because the situation requieres to be.

Explain briefly how would you do your job:

- Spawncamping: If someone spawncamps once, I warn him. Twice, warn and a slaying. If he/she spawncamps by third time, I kick him. If he comes and keeps spawncamping, I ban him for 5 minutes.

- Micspamming/Foreign language in voice chat: Telling him not to spam or speak in english. If he keeps doing it, I mute him/her for 30 minutes.

- Spamming in chat/Foreign language in chat: Telling him not to spam or speak in english. If he keeps doing it, I gag him/her for 30 minutes.

- Pornspraying: Deleting his spray OR telling him to change it.

- Unrespecting someone: Telling him to apologize. If he/she keeps insulting, basing in the repeatabilty and the intensity of its insults, gagging him for 5, 10 or 30 minutes.

- Sponsoring other servers, communities...: Telling him to stop and if he/she keeps sponsoring, then I ban him for 5 minutes.

- Hackers: Instaban!

Lastly, just let me know if there's any rule left that you'd like to read its punishments and thanks everyone for reading.

Congratulations on your 4th/5th (?) admin application, it's probably a record. So you're just going to apply until you get accepted I guess?
I sincerely hope some limits to create admin applications will be added soon, as we already discussed once, while we had an other colour on our names, to avoid this kind of thing and some previous mistakes, such as giving a 3rd chance to certain persons.

Yes. As far as I know, he's been abiding towards the rules, and is very friendly. Even when the morning micspam rush comes through, hes still pretty patient.

Alright I see. But looking at his old application, he got criticized for disrespecting the rules often. Now, my vote.

- Unrespecting? And would you really make them apologize? These kids here are so stubborn you would never get them to apologize, only if you permanently banned them and they really wanted to get back, like really badly, so I believe it's really useless. Forgive me if I sound harsh; but making them apologize sounds ridiculous. This is not kindergarden (Even though the age of the players and the maturity 'level' really makes you believe it is, sometimes), where you make kids apologize. The only thing working would be a warning, about if he does it again, it's a mute/gag.

- I'm not saying it's a bad thing to be close to the players, but personal relationships with the players can often get in your way. Of course you're allowed to have good friends, but it's most likely going to have an influence on your judgement of punishment. (It happened to me aswell, so I'm talking from personal experience.)

- Do you mean you've never been an admin before, in any games, or just TF2? Because I find it really strange, that you say you've never been an admin/moderator before, but you have experience with SourceMod. (Unless you're a scripter).

Being honestly, I havent seen you breaking any rules on Mario Kart. Good job mate

Personally I know you , you are closest friends on Mario Kart, you were breaking rules (spawncamping) many, many times.
Your chatlog is good, no gags/mutes and bans. Amazing connection time! You are trustfull guy. I I can give my tiny-itty-bitty support to you.

But one thing popped up, everytime, when you get declined, you always "swear" to not reapply again, so that shows me that you are easily giving up, hope you wont bring this side of you while administrating. Let's wait other's Mario Kart admin's reviews.

I'd like to say some things before answering some questions if you don't mind.
Firstly I'd like to say that this is my 5th apply for mk, but this is also the 1st apply for Trade Plaza, and I wouldn't like that Trade Plaza received the same treatments as mk because this is the first time I apply for it. My first and second applies for mk became declined because other people were better than me (Skiffa and Killermen, and honestly, today I think that it was fairly declined because they did and are doing an awesome job and also Zeprus). Third apply became declined due to unrespecting other players but my chatlog is clean and fourth apply became declined due to spawncamping.
And lastly before answering questions I want to thank everyone that has read my apply, everyone that has commented and also people that supports me.

I know that make them apologize would be ridiculous; people that insults doesn't usually apologize, but there are some people that they insult because they're on rage, but then you say they're name and they (usually, not always) say sorry. I was meanting that; I said that because sometimes they realize what they have done and apologizes.

About special treats, I don't give special treats to anyone. I don't care if he/she is Soul friend, my soulmate, God or whoever. If they're unrespecting the rules, they'll be punished. That's why I said that I'm serious when the situation requires to be.

And with SourceMod I confused with console. Need to edit.

You're a very friendly player, it's always great to meet you on Mario Kart. You remind players about the rules and follow them yourself. You have a good activity and sessions and that amount a of applications shows me that you really want to help. Basically everything I criticized on the other applicants fits here, I see no reason to longer decline you.

Only what I know of you is that players enjoy playing with you and seem like a good player in general.
But your chatlog is a bit fishy with "get rekt" messages and other ones similar to insulting players.
This is your... 4th Application for admin this year? Admin's stated what you did wrong before but it didn't seem to have improved.

Who allowed you to apply to this? it's the first thing what you should do before making a whole Admin Application it's considered not valid now that you miss one of the requirements, and it seems that some admins gave you an plus one already so I would have asked them to get a permission. they seem to know you well because you don't get a plus one randomly.

I will give you a +0 , just because I don't know you well enough and I don't think that Mario kart/trade plaza urge for new admins.

Well, never exceeded that amount because I just want a set to wear for the 9 classes and its weapons, anything else. The rest of the money/metal has been inverted in games and DLCs. Anyways, I think that over 50€ it's also good (dunno, just wondering).

Under 200 is not even worth mentioning and under 1000 is also not fit to administrate a trading server.

I don't think that the backpack-value necessarily mirrors a players ability to recognize scammers.

Just because their backpacks arent worth more than 2000 keys doesn't make them shitty traders. As long as they know a scammer when they see one, they should be ok.

The only way to really know them is to advance into the depths of trading itself. Administrating a trade server means you have to handle deals anywhere from 1 refined to several thousands of dollars and as a user, would you trust someone because a server owner does or rather someone who is immensely established in the trading community?

I think my experience beats your theory, feel free to google me for references.

You can not handle trades safely if you have never been target of an elaborate scammer attack and I have been through all of it plus impersonators. I speak from experience when I say that a trade server admin should have extensive trading experience, not just buying low tier unusuals on outpost.

Then again this is not a very established trade server so they get away with it, which I still think is absolutely irresponsible.

How can you protect a trader when you barely know about trading yourself?
