Today I am going to apply for administrator on the deathrun servers!

I live in North Carolina, USA this means that the time zone change from east coast to UK is +5 hours keep this in mind, this is also helpful thing too because I can be on the server at good times in the day.
*Keep in mind this is NOT my summer schedule, I mostly am on a lot more on and off in the day.

- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
My main server is Deathrun #1 where I have the current time being ~6d 12h, I sometimes go on other servers such as Jailbreak or Freak fortress and other types of games so yes I am able to take multiple reports from a broad array of many servers in Panda community.
- Do you have a microphone? (This is a minimum requirement for Jailbreak admins)
Yes, I have a microphone that I use in game to enforce rules and talk with many people, I also use my mic on mumble so if you been on mumble you most likely have seen me there talking to many people.
- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator
I was an admin on a small Minecraft community back in 2011 where I enforced the rules and did a lot of admin work. Later in time around 2013 I was a Moderator for a Garry’s mod server where I did all types of problem solving like kicking rule breakers, muting/gagging the spammers, banning the repeat offenders and all that work in general. Around late 2014 I was an admin here on Panda community for Class Warefare and deathrun where I learned much more about being an administrator. Still after all the “incidents” I would like to come back and learn more about being an admin in this great community so for the future I can use these skills for better things in life.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
Yes, as I have stated before in this app I was an admin on Class Warefare where I learned all the commands such as kicking, gagging, muting, banning, and all the side commands for admin chat and warning offenders on the server. As an example in Class Warefare due to the glitched game type sometimes the classes are broken meaning before the round starts I would slay all to fix the glitch if the classes not working correctly. If I need to be reminded of these commands I can look at the old guide I have for Source commands or ask my mentor what command I should use for the situation.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
I would like to be in this community because of the amount of friendships I have made here, the people I have met are the very nicest people I have ever met in a long time being in other communities seeing all the types of different people. With the friendships I have made I also love helping out and making people happy. In Deathrun I have had experience with rule breakers and punishing them making the gametype fair and happy for the people who are playing on there. With the helping the community and with the friendships i've made made me come to the decision that i would love to become an admin. I know things I have done in the past have been bad but I have learned from every single mistake I have made. Since my last adminship I did lots of work and realized that I loved working, but drama happened and I didn't think things through quite well, I will admit I do act very stupid at times. But the past is the past, I can not go back in time to fix it so why not improve for the future I what I say everytime when I think about what I have done ^.^. I hope you guys and gals can understand what I mean, If I dreaded on the past I would have gotten no where in this community so why not be happy and gladful to make a better future.
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
My policies are also still the same from the last app, Sorry if they are boring and standard. I believe that all players should have some warnings before a punishment so thats just my guidline for some of the punishments, these punishments include the following
Hacking- PERMABAN with a Demo recording to back up the proof, If necessary I will show the demo for proof if an appeal is made of someone asks me.
Racism/sexism- 2 warning then mute after the mute if the person comes back and continues ban for an hour, This is mostly for people saying these things in chat or the voice.
Insulting- 2 warnings then mute if the person comes back and continues to insult the other players then I will ban them for an hour
-Using Cloak and Dagger to delay 2 warnings then a kick if continues ban for 10 minutes, This is for other type of delaying on other servers this bothers me on Class warefare if i play it.
-Ghosting- 2 warnings then a kick if person comes back and continues then ban for 30 minutes (If someone ghosts a person delay this is an exception). In deathrun if the death does not know where the player is and a player tells them thats a ghost, if the player is delaying and wasting time then that is ok due to the player delaying.
-Map Exploiting- Slay with a warning then kick if the person comes back and continues ban for an hour. This can be applied to some deathrun maps such as Dr_Jail where is you stand in a area you can teleport to the blue at the end which is not allowed.
-Mic Spam- 2 warnings if continued the person will be muted for an hour. This includes using the mic for no reason like spamming noises or annoying things to the other players on the server.
-Chat spam- 2 warnings if continued the person will then get a gag for an hour. This means if the player is using chat for unnecessary things such as spamming the lenny face multiple time then that is spamming leading to the gag.
-AFK- Slay one round if still away then kick. This means if the player is away doing something at first I will slay them if they are still afk in the next round this will be a kick.
-Using BHOP to skip traps is a warning then kick then afterward ban for an hour or 30 minutes. Although BHOP has been nerfed it is still possible to skip some of the traps which is not allowed resulting in the punishment.
-Admin Disrespect warn the player 1 time if continued with the disrespect ban for 1 hour. This is any mean or disrespectful things towards an admin or other admins resulting in the punishment.
-Making fun of diseases or types of horrible events in history is not acceptable such as a person making fun of 9/11 or cancer or Aids in this case I would kick with 1 warning then ban for an hour. This is just general examples of the disrespect towards events.
-If player wants to trade something without using the trade chat I will direct them to use trade chat with /t example, if they continue then I will gag them for 30 minutes. This is if the play does not use the /t tradechat.
-If player has a pornographic spray I will warn them to remove and not use it, if they continue I will slay them for a round if continued again I will ban for 30 minutes. This means if a player uses a spray to show any porn then I will remove the spray then if repeated will lead to a punishment
-Not speaking in english in voice or chat will be 2 warnings then if the player continues then a gag/mute for 1 hour. This mean if the play does not speak or type in english then they will be punished after the warning.
-General disruptive behavior that is making the gamemode hard to play or less fun for other players is 2 warnings then a 1 hour ban. This means if the player is being mean and purposely trying to cause chaos in the gametype not making it fun after a warning they will be punished.
