You were gagged for 240 minutes for overusing caps. You did it once in halloween which I let slide but formally warned you in chat. I announced very publicly and included a reminder to the whole server not to use caps as well as a mention to yourself from me not to do it again.

You did it again so you got the punishment.
Simply put its a very minor punishment and you should just wait it out. So I am against.
