hi, so i feel like i should be ungagged as since i haven't played and i am sorry for being toxic and there will be a low chance of me doing it again as since i don't really like to play tf2 anymore

As this is his second permagag I said in his first appeal to wait until summer, and I still stand by that. Not playing on the server is a double-edged sword in that while it undoubtedly means there won't be problems with him, he hasn't shown if he's made progress in improving.

I will be declining this. We can revisit this mid-summer (July or August, preferably).
