User Spamming in chat for some reason felt the need to announce to the server an admin was joining and he immediately stopped. Fortunately the Spamming Player was punished but for some reason, this was overlooked. Not sure why,

Overlooked by me because I can not gag players if I don't see it myself. I got a message right after I joined, asking if I saw it in my chat, I did not. Therefore I can not do anything about it. However, the spamming person did I see and have been taken care of.
