You need a minimum of 3 days playtime to apply for the server you only have 1,5days
i would suggest being more active and make some report on the forum to familiarize yourself with how stuff works here
also your app lacks mostly everything and is bare to say the least. Best you look at other accepted apps and try to work from how those ppl did it in the meantime its best you read this post below
