What Panda Community servers do you usually play on?: I play most on the deathrun servers duel servers MvM servers and on jump servers some times but on the last on not so much.

Do you have experience with SourceMod and how it works?retty much yes but i am trying to learn it too (i am working a lot with the computers and programms)

Why should we choose you?: Well the most times i am playing on the servers (like 70%) there is no admin online and i found many players in my games for example on deathrun posting pictures with grafic content (most of the are porngrafic pictures) glitcing the game with bhop and avoid the traps, bad language and spamming on duel servers and staying afk on MvM servers too.I am very active at the game and i wont to play smoothly with not that kinda of problems.

What will you do as Admin?: I ll try the best for community and the game to run smoothly.I am not so tough with the players so much at the begging of the problem i will warn them , gag them.But on a constant bad behaviour i ll perform more effective ways to stop them like kick them.I dont think ban is good way for someone to learn (exept hackers) so yeah on the normal players i kick is fine unless if they instist then maybe i ll ban them.

An admin is, in preference, someone mature. He doesn't insult and treat players like this.

For the rest, I advise you to add one admin on steam and report the rulebreakers to him, since we aren't looking to have new admins for now.

I add up to the "worked the first day" list. The day I joined, well, actually was more than an year after I joined panda community's servers, not that it actually matters, because I wasn't known at the time..

Self promotion matters.

It's not random at all, we don't just pick names out of a metaphorical hat. It's entirely based upon personal characteristics meeting the requisites of being an admin, so yes, self-promotion and writing style are pivotal, it's subjective, yes, but not random, not at all.

Ok guys , i did something wrong i forget to say that this acc is new yes i agree but the other one i was playing i lost it thats why it s knew i am not new on this server not at all i just lost my email and thats all cuz i need it when i did a format to my pc and then steam asked me a special code to login in and i didnt have the email.And for the close application i saw it but i saw the exeption also and the times i play there are no admins on the servers (not the whole time) thats why and i am ok if i wont be admin i jsut want an admin to be online on these hours so i can play with no problems example afkers on MvM guys bhop over the traps etc.Thank you for reading this
