No need to tell me " you may apply again in 1 month ... ": I won't apply again.

You shoudn't be so hasty with this, your app has been out for a mere +2weeks, it's okay.
Things like this don't happen overnight and it's imo not worth sitting out spamming f5 on your app 8hrs a day to wait for the final response, you get frustrated and this happens :/ But if you decide to step down, it's only your business and won't hold anything against it. Thanks
