For me, this doesn't give me a good impression of how you would be an admin. I know, I am not a great one myself but the chatlog concerns me a bit. (read from down to up) I know, this is probably only for fun but this doesn't give a good impression of an admin also other people will think it's fun to do it themselves and before you know it goes from "shits and giggles" to seriously insulting eachother.

Your application seems to be alright, but your punishments could be tweaked a bit, because banning people for petty little insults is not a good move. A simple warning and then a gag/mute would be fine. For now I'm staying neutral on this.

I am also curious about the chatlogs that Kitty pointed out. Care to explain them?

Yeah the situation is important for the punishment. So i can not really answer what would you do whem do a some player like insultibg.

Still, people can take it as an insult or start insulting other people because an admin does it too. Also instead of writing 5 seperate messages, what makes this application way too long and bad to read, you can just change your previous message by editing it. It makes it less harder to read and it looks better in the application itself.

You have to be patient for the answer, multiple admins have to overview your application and then a decision will be made, I am staying neutral on this one, the application looks fine, your punishments could have been better and your chatlog doesn't really work for me.
 
Yeah but i want to learn from admins like you. So i can find my own way.

Yes you do need to learn but you also need to know that you need a good looking application with decent punishments if you want to get accepted. You basicly have to convince us to accept you as an admin.
 
Good looking is for me to say the true answer and not lie and i want to learn.
I want your help so i answer the questions.
My punishments are in somethings to hard so i know: Be friendly and so on

I haven't said you should lie about yourself but you should convince us to accept you by telling us the good things in what you do, also explaining the punishments better would have helped since we had to tell you about 3 times? till you explained them. Also Kevin told you to look at previous apps and there you could see how most people did it with the punishments and such.
 
I will look about the previous applications to build a new mind about my punishments. I hope to change than the punishments what i would to do like explode of a person.

I have to say, this is a improvement from your last application.

But I can't help it to see it still as a application with a lack of effort and valid reasons/explanations.
You haven't said a single things about how you would act as a admin and how you would act on rulebreakers.
You made a application before and this part is clearly noted on the template.

Also, the reason why we pick you may be funny to everyone's eyes and making a personal fun-ish application isn't wrong.
But it also gives away that you won't take this as a part job but more of a status you can have on a gameserver.
It's allowed to enjoy your game while you administrate and being close to the community is a huge bonus in achieving this, but then again, all your reasons given can also be achieved by being a regular player on our servers.

I am sorry, but I have to give you a -1 once again for your application.
Also on a side note, This big bright blue text is not a nice thing to look at for me atleast.

Yeah it is your view about me and the application. Most time i like this blue so i chose this colour.
 
I do not see it exactly as the status I want to achieve. But I wanted to work more specifically and not something have such special V.I.P.
