I was guard banned and it says my ban expired but it still in effect

The sourcebans page is different from the guard bans page. Sourcebans lists generic server bans.
Guard bans are not publicly visible but admins can inform you of how long your guardban is on request. I went ahead and checked and your guard ban is indefinite. You are free to appeal it if you wish using the forms tab on the top of the forum page.
