So, a couple questions about this arose on db recently, and I thought explicitely adding a rule in the db section might help to clarify this:
No exploiting / abusing map features

So the current rules are:
• No rocket stealing or attempting to steal rockets. Only blast it when you get the sentry noise, unless you absolutely have to save yourself from dying. This does not include standing still and when...

So, the original list was
Getting too close to an enemy and blasting the rocket right when they blast.
Standing right behind an enemy and blasting the rocket...
At the present the following is shown at a regular interval or when you run the command sm_rules.
*** Please follow coming rules:

2) No blocking; leave space for others.
3) No orbiting for too long.
4) No continuous suiciding...
Time showed that the rule is too complicated. (Gotta take the blame for that)

It would be much easier to understand, but on the downside it would disallow you to build sentries above your own spawn (and shoot down with the wrangler).

I have encountered a lot of people orbiting for way too long as in orbiting 7 to 10 orbits in a dodgeball server. Would it be ok to steal the rocket from that person that was orbiting for too long or would it be against the rules. Im just trying to find out what would be the best possible option...
