It was definitely an issue with the old rtd. I wouldn't be suprised if it wasn't fixed in the revamped rtd.

Play in windowed mode. Alt tabbing doesnt work well with fullscreen apps. The only problem with windowed mode is if you flick too hard in db you'll end up clicking outside the window and unfocus. Happens too often to me lul.

Did you taunt (by the looks of it you did because you have crits)? Afaik if you are taunting while the effect wears off, your fov won't reset.
