The Hale cap limitation or 44 hales only is a practice that doesn't hold up today
overall it was atleast on my mind to not make it grow exponentially just always imagine a new player joins and needs to wait 5-10 minutes (if not longer) to download 3-400MB of content. content is on the fastdl so the limiting factor is always the players inet speed - i dont have anything...- Kevin
