I don't believe anybody has actually watched the video. There is no evidence or mention of Xen being sexual to a minor in that video. The person reporting it is just a troll trying to make the situation worse.
So those on the server calling his guy a pedo on server, actually look at the video and don't believe every tom dick or harry that goes around claiming somebody is a paedophile. Particularly those roleplaying 9 year old sa victims.

I will say though I am concerned by what I've seen on panda and off, including the video. I'm currently awaiting more response from people that have actual evidence then spouting useless drama.
Currently xen is warned to leave any drama off panda community.

After everything I've seen he is just going to be monitored.

This user has been playing before this report and recently. They have not caused issues on panda community and its members, other than it surfacing due to this report which we've told both parties to drop it.
If he does though cause issues the permanent ban just goes on without warning.
