yeah, fix the problem hales keep going into traps and getting punished for the mistake and take away one of demos biggest ways of dealing damage? doesn't sound like solving problems but instead making a class that can already be hard for people to play even weaker

Nobody would use the stickybomb launcher if the damage with reduced by 25% or more, its designed to be camped with and if the hale keeps going where the trap is that's on him. Sticky demo also has barely any escapes (besides the loose cannon or his own stickies) so he is pretty easy to kill too...
Going off that, if there is a time how is that going to be enforced? unless you are recording your entire session or when that mode is active its pretty much someone's words vs someone else's words on the time gap
I don't even remember my first time, but as Kevin stated, MUST KILL BLUES (even if rebeller status gets me killed)
if I do play now I just play red because beating up guards/messing with them is fun

but in all seriousness, maybe you should have some more connection time before suggesting so many things? be better to get used to how the server works before trying to change it to things you are used to.
