I'm not against it. It could introduce an actual playstyle for scout other than Force A Nature or Soda Popper with Sandman.
But the stats could get fine-tuned not to be extremely polarizing & annoying to fight as a melee boss compared to a boss that gets a ranged weapon.
You know that some people might actually like changes suggested, right?
It's not "Moronic", it's up to preference and what people would deem good.
If these get declined, then they won't be suggested again, it's not that deep.
There is no redeeming qualities of this boss, no memorable design, no unique abilties and certainly no fun gameplay.
It's better off making a boss from scratch than to re-add an already voted out boss.
I think removing her summoning entirely defeats the purpose of the boss, but people are welcome to change my mind

Looking at how it's either make CBS more unique or remove him, I'd rather have him be more unique.
The changes would be:
On each melee hit, CBS will now get a new melee.
These melees will be different from each other, ranging from debuffs to just massive damage.

I think demoman should stick to his own stuff rather than pretending to be another class.
No point in doing this when you have soldier being the same exact thing.
1) The medic's leap will be a bit weaker than that of the Engineer's, having less distance but a slightly shorter cooldown
2) The Heavy's shotgun will shoot a lot of bullets at once, but with a high spread, so the fall-off will be huge. Hitting an enemy from any range will set them on fire, yes...
Why replace Maddendoktor?
Well, seeing as they're probably the least used duo on the server and how the medic's ability refuses to work half of the time, I wouldn't really say anyone would miss them.
