Poll note #1: Whatever you choose (if you are voting), I would like to see your reason down in the replies, please. If you vote 'For', please state why you are for, and whether you pick suggestion #1(a) or #1(b). If you vote 'Against', a slight explanation will not hurt anyone.

As a regular player (and admin lel) on both the Hightower servers, there are some things you start picking up on as irritating and annoying after a while. In the name of all my fellow Hightower-ers, I would like to show two changes that we would like to see be carried out.
These ideas have already been proposed by Canlock over a year ago, but I thought I would bring two of them back, as I deem them obligatory additions to both Hightower servers.
Suggestion #1(a) - Remove random crits on both #6 and #10
Random crits on such small maps are not only frustrating to play against, but they, as Psycho pointed out, give too much unpredictability to the game. Let me prove that with an example.
Imagine there are two players that are engaging in a quick duel - one of them having let's say 150 HP as a soldier and the other having 30 HP as a scout. You assume the soldier would win this duel any time of the day, but behold - the scout gets a crit and does a 180 meatshot right in the soldier's face. Imagine something similar happening to you 10 times over throughout your session(s). Pretty unfair, huh?
Similarly, there have been countless instances where players would get a crocket to the face as they came out of spawn.
Please note that I am aware of the fact this is a DM server and that you respawn instantly, but it is still obnoxious when you get crit killed pretty much out of nowhere/when you are fighting someone and then BAM! - crit, you're dead.
Furthermore, in certain situations - you have 20HP and you're walking to a health pack, so you're pretty much dead anyway - getting killed by a crit does not matter too much. Though, let's face it, you're still gonna be slightly more irritated it was a crit rather than just a normal shot, right?
Suggestion #1(b) - Remove random crits on either #6 or #10 (preferably #6)
Same reasons for removal as mentioned above. This suggestion is for the ones who would still like the experience of random crits on one of our Hightower servers, while others enjoy a non-crit experience on the other.
Suggestion #2 - Adding class limits to #6 and #10
This suggestion does not have it's (a) and (b) parts, as I find it relatively necessary on both servers.
This is the less important one out of the two, but it would still favour us immensely - seeing 5 soldiers/demomen/scouts jumping around and not letting you leave your spawn is aggravating. Having 5 snipers snipe you from everywhere, 4 pyros spamming the scorch shot and 6 spies not giving you a break are just more proof that this suggestion needs to be implemented.
I am exaggarating a bit, but I believe you get the idea. This is a small map and pretty much anything disturbs with the gameplay.
In these situation though, I am talking about the good players. I know that any player, good or bad, can play their desired class. Regardless, I feel this addition would prove to be satisfactory.
Here are my ideal class limits:
Scout - 3 per team
Soldier - 3/4 per team
Pyro - 2/3 per team
Demoman - 3 per team
Heavy - 3 per team (not THAT needed, though)
Engineer - 3 per team (same as ^)
Medic - 3 per team (same as ^^)
Sniper - 3/4 per team
Spy - 3 per team
Why 3/4 on sniper and soldier? In the end, this is Hightower, the home to rocket-jumping/market gardening and sniping all day long, and we all have to respect that.
To finish, if you do not like my proposed class limits, feel free to input yours in the replies. Likewise, you are free to discuss about anything I've mentioned thus far.
