What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?

This is one of the communities i've been around for the longest. Im pretty much really active on the jailbreak server and i have a good motive to help around the server and make the server enjoyable for other people. As much as i can say that im not perfect
in terms of "maturity", i wont let my guard down. I've spent a fair amount of time for me to get a catch on the rules. even if i dont get them perfectly memorized. i will make sure i catch on to anything i havent knew, and keep in mind about it.

And thinking about the previous reports i did, i was a little petty considering i wouldnt give a warning on their actions, and straight up reporting them. I've changed on that, and i remind people about the things they are doing wrong. I'd often think myself that even if i did tell them about something wrong they did, they wouldnt listen. But theres also a good that people can change by simply reminding them. Before i also try to punish somone, but not too sure. i take feedback from other admins and players.

Again. I want to be around the community for longer, and have the newer members of the jailbreak server to get around the rules with no rush.

Hello cowboy. Looking at the clips. im going to give an answer to each one of them.

1ST CLIP.

Given by how the blues have acted when the demoman MFK'd. I would treat this as an intentional mfk. considering he continued to kill the reds even after he didnt manage to kill all of them in there. I would perma teamban and give him a 720 server ban, along side of respawning all the reds who were caught during the mfk.

2ND CLIP.

In the first round where william is in the climb cage. the scout baits inside. Getting stuck there and getting killed. I would remind him to not be baiting.

The next round feels a little tricky. I cant seem to hear off too clearly at the start if warden said at the caution to HIS left at first. and i would assume it would be any caution line. Then he switches his order to his far left caution line. I'd assume the red spy killed by the blue scout who previously baited, didnt had enough time to react to the order and therefore gets killed, beacuse i also notice some reds going off the wardens left line prespective trying to switch trying to follow up to the orders but get confused. But what i would do is respawn the spy, and remind the blue scout to please give the reds some time to react. as some of the reds were also pretty confused.

Next clip where william finishes spinner. The blue scout once again baits. Seeing that he repeated an action told not to. and also told to be patient with the reds. I would give him a 120 Minute teamban.

Final clip where where the medic finished obby. The blue scout freekills the medic that finished. With no exception like the last actions he did. i would put a 120 minute teamban.

3RD CLIP.

Pootis. does a knife pit built in luck mechanism to get rid of some reds. Stating that where the ball lands. the side will die. On the 2nd try he did. the ball landed on red for a slight second before bouncing back on the blue side. Pootis in that case, murders the whole side in the red side.

So i would treat this as an accidental MFK, considering he killed 3 or more reds. And gave the ball little no patience to fully finish its spin.

Your reponse was really well made and you are a constant presence both in the game and outside the game. You got the rules down real well as Nergal said. I think you would be a fine addition considering your time zone is one we struggle to cover sometimes. Stacking is on point and everything.

Yeah, don't have much to add on myself. Responses to the clips were good. You know our stacking proceedures. Only thing of any concern is your age. Although I don't think that's going to be a make or break. Make sure you're on your best behaviour during the review process once it comes and I can see you being a great asset to the team.

You have been very active and I haven't seen anything negative from you, that being said I haven't seen anything along the lines of providing help to confused players or correcting people on mishaps etc.

If I can see more of this from you it would definitely make you stand out a lot more!

I guess this is what will prompt me to make an account for the Forums. PFD1 I find this to be a gross misuse of the forums as a way to retaliate for me making fun of you on the server a rou. I sadly have no recording of the interaction before to have context for this but like ait said, Eric had rebelled in chat by taunt killing and BON was the one who pressed the button to kill Eric following that.

With that said, using a forum report as retaliation for giving you criticism for preferring to fail round in the case where you lagged as warden and walked into a part of the map that would...

This report you've made among others has be a bit concerned regarding you lacking context in your reports and you submitting a report regarding chatlogs that was not deemed punishment worthy.

You submitting these reports leads me to believe that you would punish these individuals where you might be lacking context and maybe over zealous. I've personally have had reports of mine declined so i can sympathize but these are pretty recent.

Nevertheless, you have a desirable timezone, considerable growth and good potential but some of the reports you have made has me a bit nervous.

I'm gonna go ahead and give you a Neutral leaning slightly towards +1. If you can keep your sessions up and not mess up on your reports from here on out i think you have a considerable chance.

This application is so weird to me, but also kind of exciting.

You've gone through all the stages of a panda regular, the 8 hour sessions when you're new, the bitter resentment of burnout, to the final commitment and appreciation for the gamemode.
Through all that time, not ONCE did I ever think you'd be an admin, but this application and your responses are wonderful.

I love the way you dissect situations. I also like that youre willing to address potential problems before they manifest, very cool.
You also enforce the rules in a good way, I think most of your reports are great and your conduct ingame and within the community is pretty good too.

But then I have to remember that you do find yourself in bad positions, not just the report linked above, you know what I am talking about.
We cant afford to have maturity issues on the team, you need to be conducting yourself to the best of your ability and stay out of any hot water come the review period.

The review period will be CRITICAL for you, but I am positive, with some tinkering, that you'd be a good admin.

Hello PFD1, apologize for the last response. I was thinking on it whether to give you neutral or +1, as Cowboy said I am also a bit nervous of you being a little too harsh in certain situations. However, your report history still isn't that bad, and I personally never really had any problems with you in-game. Neutral leaning slightly towards +1 is how I feel right now along with Cowboy, and as said by multiple others the review period is going to be crucial. However, I do believe you have it in you! this is a mistake that im reflecting on and that i dont want to have them repeat beacuse of how rushed or nitpicky the reports are, even most of them being really recent. Been going myself through the rules few more times beacuse i dont want to be looked on for treating players harshly over something that isnt even in the rule set.

I haven't seen anything along the lines of providing help to confused players or correcting people on mishaps etc.

I've been giving out warnings but to be fair, i also just use vc to do that. But in some cases i might not be to specific on the reasoning for it.

I hope that im still standing out pretty good and that i give off a good impression!
