I got a headshot once. It was around late 2013 (october-december)

My best score yet is 230 - 22 on a server with 30 ms. Not a Panda server and I don't really have any ss's to prove it.
Best score in Counter-Strike was 477 - 65.
Best score-run on Counter-Strike was 100 - 21 in 7 minutes, Deathmatch.

Reminds me of that one round in Jailbreak, where I was Freeday-rebelling as sniper and missed 4 shots on a warden that was standing perfectly still (got killed from said warden after that).
