Consider this if you were playing as a guard:
A player taunts, meaning they are able to freelook but their player model does not move. Warden did not specify anything about taunts but has said "AFK Freeze" so it's not possible to tell if the player is looking around as a guard, you can't kill them. However the player accidentally smashes their taunt bind again, and they flip around so they are facing another direction - assuming it's been noticed by a blu, the hypothetical red in question is not AFK frozen, ergo they are KOS.
