Why can I NEVER see it Blue/Black? (1 Viewer)

I've NEVER, NEVER seen it Black and Blue, but ONLY White and Gold.

I'd still want to talk about this. I found this video

which explains almost well. But, the point is that:
Most, Most of people I interviewed: sometimes see black and blue; sometimes gold and white. I've never had the "pleasure" to see it blue and black from this photo.

The other point is that... well, the dress itself IS Black and Blue. So, my question is this... WHY can I never see it, even ONE time, Black and Blue?

I would like to stop talking about this shitty topic... but I'm making mental complexes about the fact I've never seen it in the right way! :yay:
