What's the positive rating all about? (1 Viewer)

when do you rate positive, when someone says something mean, and you act like you don't care? Or is it like the same with how you feel with people with mental disabilities, like i think what you said is retarded, but i didn't expect anything less from you.
Or do you use it when you disagree with something but you don't want to bash his skull in.

i think ive never seen someone use the heart rating either, so i don't know what that's about, Anyways this is what i think about when i'm tired and got nothing else to think about.
