I am probably one of the most average and least qualified blues on JB and I will downplay myself and my accomplishments by 100% every time i'm asked. If 10 people said I was good id consider it but by myself hell fucking no. In regards to Best panda players, Baby is most definitively up there.

rebellers : thems lot -- _Black, ThatFatPanda, Baby, gbeam, icu/haze, eryas (nvm he french), pfd
blues : dachTAT, skunk, _Black
non-rebel : william murdoch, wilbur murdoch

i havent noticed anyone better than these guys but just so you know!! being the best at rebelling or warden isnt about causing a failround or causing a successful round!!!!!
it goes from person to person but i think wardens should make FUN rounds and not just successful rounds and rebellers.. should be more common, even one kill is good considering blues have 3x damage per shot
non rebellers also have to be good at minigames, not just be able to do them a few times
