Note:
1. There is nothing in your demos/screenshots against Ritz (STEAM_0:0:101523563). I manually found evidence on GameMe, searching for all people with the SteamID you gave us. And as you can see here I couldn't find anything: he used only 2 nicknames on gameme servers, and much time ago (0% activity). I suppose you saw him evading punishment on NY Trade which is not on GameMe, so we cannot verify this, unfortunately.
2. In your demo called still.dem, there's nothing against any of the reported users. There was a pointfarmer medic at the spawn who has already been banned by @Madact . So I suppose that demo was uploaded by mistake.
