Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I've put atleast 120 hours into this server, my KD isn't huge and I haven't been banned or timed out for any sort of scripting or aimware, I don't use a VPN, and I haven't been reported before due to cheating. I wasn't aware that BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD was a cheater on these servers because I don't play 2fort, the one time I've seen him play HT is me playing with him for about 5 minutes and leaving, and I thought it was a goofy name so I used it.

So let's say I'm wrong that I've made the the incorrect connection between the names. Given the nature of the serial hacker and the current account in question the insulting mannerisms and the unlikely nature someone would actually name themselves of a serial hacker by accident gave me my suspicion at first. Wasn't exactly enough to me to just place it but then I found the connection of the 'dragoon' account being linked to alt accounts of well...Suspicious nature and a anti cheat ban placed on a throwaway alt.

Alt account 1 3 4 linked to static IP which I'm assuming is the main IP.
2 and 5 are VPN.
Now that's the thinking 'how are these linked' the user forgot to turn off their VPN during the changes from their alt to their main when playing on panda.
All accounts have connected to US hightower...some even only. That's no accident

So with that I made the judgement to perm ban. Also want to mention looking at your name changes and chatlogs on all of these account you're generally not welcome here.

I'll give you a chance to explain yourself since you're on and perhaps I've missed something that I cannot know with my checks. You can deny anything I've said here with reason. I'm always willing to re-check my findings later on in the day.
 
The Monster and I have been connected on the server at the same time, we couldn't be the same person, I have spoken to the Monster before and I assume there are chatlogs to prove we have been there together. The most I can give you is Account #1 is bought, account 2, 3 and 4 were old mains and alts I have used to get out of history with people I've associated myself with. My childish behavior cannot be denied and I will take punishment for that accordingly. Some even only connect to hightower because I only play Panda hightower. I have never connected to Pandacommunity 2fort. I have a VPN and I use a VPN for internet browsing and connecting to uncletopia, I don't however use a VPN on hightower because it is easily detectable and can get me disconnected and from what I've seen in the ban reports banned. I do not cheat and I am not associated with any of the accounts that were banned on any of these servers.
 
we barely speak to each other, his main account is linked to the rgl scene and we have had mutual relationships with some of the people in there, i've seen him play before and he added me one day out of the blue and sent me a 7 second video
 
no idea what his main is though, at least that's what he tells me about his main account
 
I believe we have enough information on this matter.

I'll get back to this later on either today or tomorrow. If I've made a mistake I'll change the punishment to what is was originally going to be and void the permanent ban but I want to re-check and see if I've made a mistake in my checks and do a deeper check that isn't possible without help.

Get back to it whenever you would like, I appreciate you working with me and respecting my point of view, I understand the situation and I do not blame you for taking action on cheaters.
 
declined due to simply too much valid proof.

4 ips on your banned account STEAM_0:0:605423450 3 of them are confirmed vpn servers/proxies and 1 being your official ip.
part of them overlap with banned alt accounts so the ban stays and is valid.
