Reason about the Ban: i was a potty mouth player back then however the decision to PERM mute & gag me was extremely biased as lighty clearly has had something against me since i stepped foot on this server

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: As I stated, yes, I was a toxic player and i think that my non permanent mutes and gags were well deserved but my perm gags & mutes were uncalled for, both of the times was by Lighty while we were conversating, now in my opinion when we were talking i wasn't ' toxic ' i was merely being provoking, because lighty was provoking me, and i have no doubt in my mind that i'm the only person who thinks lighty was provoking. I've now been gagged for over 1 and a 1/2 years and my mute hit a year about 2 months ago, at this point i can say for certain that i am not that kind of person anymore : )! Please find it in your heart to forgive me and give me one last shot.
