Why should you receive a unban for the gag and mute: Back then I was a completely different person. It was almost 3 years ago that this all happened. I've changed and I've learned my lesson. From playing for such a long time, I have learned an exceptional amount of rules off the top of my head. I know not to break the rules and, if ungagged and unmuted, I will not make those mistakes again.

You have 11 comm punishments you even in fact got two more chances between your perm gag and your perm mute. On top of that when running an alt check this account came up which has even more comm punishments on it, some from earlier this year.

With this in mind I have placed perm comm blocks on the alt and will have to decline this appeal.

edit: it appears koi fish is not an alt however my first point still stands. If you continue to play on the servers feel free to appeal in 3 months.
