Reason about the Ban: mic spamming

Admin that Banned you: Random Coffee Table

Why should you receive a unmute: While the reasoning for micspamming was fair (though lonely in its timing; multiple other people were micspamming at the time and received no punishment), I received no honest warning for the mic spamming other than a single message under his alias "Alpha" ("imagine mic spamming lol"(sic)). I was only aware of this being his alias after a map change, and saw no admin activity until a similar amount of time passed (this could be incorrect). I was warned for baiting on jailfort (the next map) by another admin through Discord, and stopped baiting after this - nonetheless, I was permanently muted and 2-hour-guardbanned about a round or two after this baiting ceased. While the permanent mute was incorrect (it was only my fifth comm-punishment, therefore warranting a month mute, not a permanent), I still take issue with the nature of the mute, as it seemed sudden and unprecedented given the unclear nature of the initial warning (and, though not the punishment in question, the guardban despite ceasing the baiting after a warning was given). Let me know if anything needs further clarification.

Alright, so neither of us were really in the right in this situation. I still believe that you should stay muted, at least for a little bit, as you were mic spamming. However, I did not provide you with a fair warning during the initial rounds and then honestly waited too long to give punishments, as I was under alias watching for a reported rulebreaker at the time. With this in mind and after discussion with my mentor, the mute will be lowered to 1.5 weeks instead of a month.

As far as baiting goes, I did warn you on mic to stop firing needles right in front of reds shortly after voice became available to reds and you continued to do it after that. That was what lead to the guard ban. Again, probably waited too long afterwards to punish for it, but that was the reasoning for that one.

After talking to some other members of the jb team I've decided a reduction to 1.5 weeks may not be the best choice. You are a regular on the server and while Coffee should've given you a more solid warning you should know not to micspam with or without an admin on considering that you have been muted for it in the past.
