A player with a chatlog like that imo deserves a gag. Spamming or overusing anything is against the rules.

Flooding the chat with the same message or with useless, unintelligible content that disrupt communication or are deemed otherwise irritating is forbidden. Additionally, refrain from typing in caps.

I highly doubt you'd stop spamming lennies after ~17 days with your whole chatlog containing them.
As I said before, I'm AGAINST this appeal even if I'm a dodgeball admin. Each admin can give their opinion on the matter to help out.
