Like you said yourself you realize your mistake. I have warned you countless times not to capspam and you continue to do these short bursts of capspam. Take this time to work on these small bursts so this doesn't happen again. I am leaning towards a decline but since I can't do much ill tag my mentor and ask for her opinion on the matter. @Sin.

Even though the punishment has expired, i'm going to treat this like a proper appeal. After chatting with gold he said you capspam in short bursts, and this has been going on for longer than you say in your appeal. I understand people get excited but you have been warned before about this. I'm going to decline this. Please dont to capspam in the future.
