As for the clan tag, I thought using the tag meant nothing as I wasn't in the clan itself?

First of all, what even is this thread about? Is it about you being banned or the others not being gagged aka. a player report?

I'm just going to assume it's about your ban, in wich case all the other stuff is almost irrelevent but I'll come to that later.
You didn't even spotlight the reason for your ban, nor did you show all the relevant chatlog.
I banned you because you abused the !call command, fully aware that I was there and told you not to do so.

Now, according to that reason @Puddin was spamming emotes.
I'm going to skip some work and use the ones you listed, I'm assuming those are the spammed emotes.
The only time it came close to spamming was the last part (where it was 5 emotes in 2 minutes). I maybe should've told Puddin to stop but to be honest, I got pretty tired of reading the chat after watching Puddin, Tomeno, Fiescha and you fight like kids for some minutes. Nevertheless that's not enough spam to be needed to be punished.

As you can see, I told him to stop using that specific emote, he wasn't really spamming either. One emote a minute is, at least in my opinion, more than okay. Sometimes more and sometimes less frequent.

I've genuinely had enough of your crap, I've had enough for weeks even before you resigned. I'm only going to answer this once and close this thread afterwards as its original purpose is solved.

1. Tomeno told you to stop abusing the bug, he even told you what that bug is so why would I need to tell you that I'm going to kick you? Even if he wouldn't have done so, a kick equals a warning and as it was the fastest way before you could abuse the bug for another three minutes while annoying the craps out of me I just went for it. (Excuse my language please)

2. As stated in my previous post I got really tired of following the chat and since the player was playing demoknight on my team it was really unlikely I would realize it, once I saw your complain I went spectate to check if what you claim is true, once confirmed I immediately kicked him.

3. Same as above.
