You were banned four times for breaking a variety of rules. Then you abused the call again - I don't remember in what way though. Since this is your fifth ban and your third one for call abuse I made it two weeks as an ultimatum. If you don't stop breaking rules you will be banned permanently.

In your unban request, there should be a motivation, to be a Valid Unban request. It means:
"Why was I banned? --> Why should you Admins unban me."
If there's a (good) motivation, Admins decide for the unban.

In yours, there isn't. Instead, I can see how many times you were warned and banned for abusing of !call
