Reason of unbanning: I got gaged for talking, I don't know why, i talked on the mic to some of the people The admin
muted me, i really wanted to talk to the people in the server that i made a ALT account, I didn't know it was a bannble offense. So basically got gagged and muted for nothing...

The admin that banned me: i don't know, He wasn't talking normally, he was talking with his name (Admin) I'm not sure if this is his name tho. Name: CONSOLE

Basically what @Vanilla said

You started writing random sequences of letters in chat (basically just dumb, mindless spam) and I gagged you. Then you proceeded to start talking in voice. I reminded you several times (like 3 times, even giving you an ultimatum) not to evade that punishment by talking in voice. Yet, you continued happily until I gagged you. You then turned up on an alt to bypass the punishment. Well, surprise surprise, that IS actually against the rules. So I gave you a 12hr ban on your alt which resulted in that 1d ban on your main.

All in all, the punishments were quite lenient (both the mute and the gag were only 4 hrs) and have since expired. Yet you chose to turn up on an alt so you were automatically also banned on your main. By the time this is handled the ban on your main will probably have expired too.

As for not knowing it wasn't allowed:
  • General gameserver rules state it isn't allowed in §3f (Avoiding punishment)
  • It's pretty much common sense that I wouldn't allow you to just keep talking on your alt
  • Several other users reminded you in voice that what you were doing was against the rules, and again, you continued

I'd like to quickly get some information here but was he also spamming in voice chat or not? Cause how I read it here you say he was avoiding the punishment by using his mic which is impossible as if you're gagged you're still allowed to use your mic (again if he was doing the same thing through his mic then I get it)
 
He was continuing the exact same behaviour he was exhibniting through chat in voice, yes.

Also just so I get this right, this is an appeal for the SourceSleuth ban caused by the ban for evading punishment, right?

Yeah i know that, i only did that because i accidentally wrote something disturbing, i didn't want people to see it. It was so embarrassing

I learnt my lesson, and i will dissapear from Panda.tf, not sure for how long but it's long.... Thank you for the replies. Have a nice day!
