Why should you receive a unban for the team ban:
I was playing the game and asked who the warden was then my older brother came in my room and started revving my minigun and killed dino and I did not tell dino so he reported it and i never told him that my brother was next to me and I told my brother that I can get banned for that but he didn't care I should be unbanned because I didn't do it on purpose I did not even kill him my brother did this is why I should be unbanned

Well that's a very convincing story

Truth is we have zero way of knowing if it was your brother who did it or if you're just lying to us. Considering you have been teambanned 3 times before I find it very unlikely that your brother just walked into your room went and teamkilled the warden and you didn't even think to apologize for your brothers actions, instead you (seemingly) claimed it was a missclick which is pretty hard to do with a minigun.
