Avoiding punishment by changing name

What happened is that while I was on a server I was gagged so as a joke I changed my name to get a few laughs and was in no way attempting to avoid my punishment in anyway. I am also confused also why this was deserving a permanent ban from panda-community server. I am also failing to see how me openly changing my name in-game without showing any intent to escape my gag punishment would lead to my permanent ban. I hope this appeal with be considered and I will be unbanned.

Asuna had a right to ban you permanently, because you already had multiple bans on your account. Most of them are for teamkilling and stealing, but there's also one with a reason "Duplicate Account". If you ask me, this already gives you a bad image.

Back to the report itself. From what I understand, you were rapidly changing your nickname into ransom things so Asuna has trouble with gagging you. This indeed is rule breaking, as you were avoiding a punishment. Doing so is bannable.

About the lenght, in my personal opinion you should still be able to play, because that was your 6th ban. Instead of Perm, I'd rather give you a month and in case you would break rules once again after returning, you would be banned permanently. Although, I'm gonna leave the final decision to @Asuna

To clarify I had already been gagged for a large portion of time before I changed my nickname so I was not in anyway attempting to give asuna any trouble and to the point of rapidly changing I only changed my nickname twice both as I stated before after i was already gagged

It seems like Asuna had the impression that you were using your name to communicate even though you were blocked, that's why it got considered as avoiding your punishment. As your name changed from "I'm gagged for 24 hours" over "Asuna gagged me" to "I'm gagged for bullying".

Changing your name to ANYTHING having to do with your gag/punishment after you've been gagged is avoiding punishment. The whole reason you were gagged was to prevent you from communicating textually, which is what you were doing when you changed your name; therefore, it could be considered avoiding your punishment.

Personally, having played with you numerous times on the server itself, I think your perm was deserved. You steal even when you know an Admin is on, you attempted to use an alternate account to connect, (avoiding punishment yet again) you teamkill, and you have numerous gags for insulting, making sexual comments, and spamming. All of this to me seems perfectly befitting a perm. Seems as though you never learn, even with all the bans you have.

So, Barney who spammed in chat quite a lot deserves gags. He's had so many gags before.

Secondly, after I gagged you, you decided to keep changing your name to try to get attention. I had to change it multiple times back to your original name. Changing your name to statements such as "Asuna gagged me" is basically trying to get my attention throughout the gag.

You deserve permanent ban for certain reasons. You have broken the rules far too many times and have been banned a couple of times before and you never learn from it. You attempt to steal a lot of rockets, chat spamming, team killing, insulting many players, and having sexual comments.

So permanent ban it is.
