If I was auto airblasting why am I not vac banned from tf2? I have a lot of hour on dodgeball. What point would I have to start auto blasting now?

I know this is none of my business but you already have 2 VAC bans. If an admin bans you for Auto Airblast, you were either using undetected cheats such as: LMAObox or LithiumCheats.

Plus, i'm certain Dio Brando has evidence of this: e.g. Video Proof.
 
There's an auto-airblast thirdparty tool on gamebanana (or whatever that site is) that can't be detected, it's not hard to find one.

Also: Why have you waited a month to appeal a perm ban for illegitimate gameplay.

The above link is the demo I took of you during the match in which you were banned. You had been a major suspect before, with multiple people messaging me that you hacked whenever I was either asleep or offline. Now, this was back when I still couldn't really identify an auto airblaster without help, so @DeadSworn was there to help me. I was not the only Admin watching you, and DeadSworn has a lot more experience than I do when making calls about someone who is hacking. We both talked about whether you were, or you weren't, and we decided that you were. DeadSworn might have a demo of his own lying around somewhere; we'll see.

Also, the fact that you just so happen to appeal after I got into an argument with another USA DB player who mentioned you is... intriguing to me. The player said something along the lines of "the banning of Sigma and sk made everyone mad," and now, a month after your banning, you decide to appeal? You could have appealed a long time ago, had you truly been hellbent that you weren't hacking, and yet it only happens now after you were mentioned in an argument? Just makes me wonder about a few things. (The person I argued with also happened to tell me that you "hack sometimes for fun,": Just FYI.)
 
Not my place to comment either, but ive known Sig for ages, good guy loves to troll but i have not seen him hack, i have seen the bans but tf2 hacks no. I've sniped vs him a lot i will even admit he is better cause im always taking tf2 breaks at sniping but he doesnt hack there, he is an extremely competitive gamer like i use to be
 
Yeah I have stated that I hack for fun. But not in tf2. Tf2 is basically my life lol. The other games I don't really care for. The reason why I waited so long to make an appeal is well because I don't really have a reason. I just thought earlier this morning I'll make an account and appeal myself.

I wouldn't pay for hack's either. The free lmaobox is detecable and I've never heard of lithiumcheats
 
So I decided to look at the demo @Dio Brando posted and there's a few things here that gives it away and honestly the ban should stick in my mind. 1: Several rules were broken during that demo including stealing and attempted stealing. 2: Your auto airblast distance is around 105 to 110, checked that myself. Please note several cheats out there I've seen their popular settings posted online and seen enough of it to tell you that it's legit settings with a trigger bot on a 3-4 FOV (basically looking at it) with a 110ish distance from point of impact. Your "flicks" that are completely random are not humanized even on a slowed down replay, they are instant angle snaps. Even with someone on 9000 DPI with 30 sensitivity you can see on a slowed down demo there is mouse movement but at extremely high speeds. 3: This one I find the most interesting; Several have played with you and even you've stated that you hack for fun. Call me what ever you like but that is really oxymoronic that you state you cheated prior and now you are appealing a ban for literally "cheating". There is a saying out there and that is "Once a cheater always a cheater".

Just my 2 cents on this appeal and take it how you want.

you quoted my sens and DPI when i am playing low.. it is possible... i can hardly tell where my rockets go. i an direct them to people but how they get there is a shock to me... i can break panda rocket physics at times

Indeed I did quote your sensitivity and you have movement on a slowed down demo like anyone else would; It would not be an instant view angle change like his.
 
Well, after analysis from multiple people, I have come to the decision to not unban you. The evidence is there, and the evaluation of everyone involved came to the same conclusion. The fact that you have openly stated you cheat is also discouraging.

Once more, a lot of people looked into this, and we all came to the same conclusion.
