Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: I have no active punishments on my main account. I was using an alt with no intent to break any rules and as far as I am aware, I did not break any. My alt in particular, 123GAY, was the one that had been IP banned primarily.

Are you sure you don't have anymore alts? Do you have any family members or roomates who also play tf2? Also consider this within the last 5 years if you have moved.

No I do not. And no, I do not have anyone else who I live with who also play Tf2.

Right so no more alternate accounts. Since you've mfk'd and alt'd in the past you cannot be trusted to behave on the alt but also another reason is we've have a serial Australian mfk alter with a similar isp setup to you so to avoid confusion like this again just stick to one account.
You join on an alt again you will receive a ban again without warning. Don't attempt to join on all ready banned alts otherwise your ip will be banned and I'd have to untangle the mess.
