Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: Since i waited for 2 weaks for a donor tag. I deciced to request a refund on my paypal since that i never got the service. When kevin asked me too remove the refund i wasnt at home our at my computer to respond, i apologize for any conviniece our problem caused.
I would be greatfull for getting back playing my favourite servers again.

it's clearly stated in the ToS that a chargeback via paypal will result in a permanent ban from all servers.
the chargeback was successful so the ban stays.
