Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I got already ban for "cheats" 6 months ago but it was explained now i get ban on my main account for "duplicate account" yes i have 1 alt but its my old main account i think my account get linked with a banned account (not my banned account). Im not a person who have a fun from playing on alt and trying to be funny im playing on main account only so i hope we gonna explain this ban. Thanks in advance,

Looks like your account got linked with a recently banned account of shaaden.
As the ips and the connection times match almost perfectly, i assume you made an alt and impersonated shaaden to troll a bit arround.
Impersonating shaaden is not really against the rules, but it can be pretty annoying when we try ban alts of the real shaaden.
So please don't do that again.
